Our Cookery and Food Production training courses are tailored to the diversified needs of our Students. This being under pinned by state of the art facilities with our fully equipped kitchen boasting Smart Technology, one of the first Vario Cooking Centres from Frima to arrive in the UAE also 5 Senses Self Cooking Centres from Rational.
Attached to the kitchen is a 50 seater Restaurant used in Guest Service Training as well as Event and Banqueting Food Service.
Hand in hand with our Food Production Operations we train Students on all aspects of Food Safety and Hygiene including applying HACCP Principles into their own Restaurant Concept designs. This may include proposed Hospitality units from freestanding to Mobile Food Truck Concepts.
