The European International College (EIC) was established in 2006 as a higher educational institution in the UAE and introduced Hospitality, Business Management; and more recently the Master’s of Business Administration (MBA). Providing a global vision, relevance for the local community and market; while demonstrating a passion for learning, is what makes EIC a boutique learning institution.

EIC abide to the principle of transparency regarding fees and refund conditions. EIC is committed to provide / direct trainees/clients to all relevant fee information including:
Fees that must be paid to EIC - payment terms and conditions including deposits and refunds; - the trainee’s right to obtain a refund for services not provided by EIC in the event:
a. the arrangement is terminated early; or
b. EIC fails to provide the services.
The purpose of this policy is to clearly define the process in which training course fees will be paid.
The Training Manager is responsible for implementation of this policy and that staff are fully trained in its operation.
a. EIC is able to charge fees for services and training courses delivered.
b. All individual trainees are required to pay the relevant course fees when registering in a course.
c. The fee is payable upfront prior to the commencement of the course.
d. Trainees should pay five days prior to scheduled workshops.
B- EIC initiated refunds:a. A full refund will be given if EIC is unable to run a course only.
b. The refund will be operated within 5 open days from the date the information is sent to the trainee.
